Mary Hodges

Mary Ellen Hodges passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022 at the age of 91. Born in Lafayette, AL, she and her late husband of 57 years, Leonard R. Hodges, lived in Vestavia, AL for many years. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church.

Mary is survived by a son, Bobby Hodges (BJ); a niece, Elizabeth Steinfath (Roger); her nephew, Mike Trimble (Diane); and 4 great nephews and their famililes.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, from 10 to 11 am at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover. Funeral service will be at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to Lakeside Baptist Church.
