Glinda Stansberry

Ms. Glinda Sue Waldrop Stansberry, 72, of Bessemer, AL, went to her eternal home on October 6, 2021. Ms. Stansberry was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, & friend who lived a life of giving & kindness. She retired with 35 years of service from Bellsouth Communications. She also enjoyed square dancing with close friends in her younger years.
Ms. Stansberry is preceded in death by her parents, Don & Manilla Waldrop, & grandson, Shane Stansberry. She is survived by: 2 sons, Shawn Stansberry (Jamie) & Brent Stansberry (Lindsay); 5 grandchildren, Katelyn, Tyler, Breanna, Austin, & Lance; siblings, Terry Waldrop (Jenny), Steve Waldrop (Geneva), Donna Brunson, & Bryan Waldrop; nieces, nephews, & close friends, including Brenda Vicars, & Jan Clark.
Ms. Stansberry's memorial service will be Sunday, October 10, 2021, 2;00 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hoover, AL.
