George Roberson

George Richard Roberson, 72, of Birmingham, AL passed away on January 15, 2020. George attended Hueytown High School, served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, and was a member of Woodward Country club, where he enjoyed playing golf with his friends and family for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George W. Roberson and Marjorie K. Roberson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Shouse Roberson; sons, Keith Roberson and Shane Roberson; grandchildren, Haden Roberson, Hunter Roberson, and Anna Roberson; and brother, Stephen Roberson (Becky).

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover. The Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00pm from the funeral home chapel.
