Thyron Davis

Mrs. Thyron Davis, age 93, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2025, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Born on June 1, 1932, in LaFayette, Alabama. Living and working In Bessemer for many years. She lived a long and full life rooted in devotion to her family and the simple joys that brought her happiness.

Thyron was a loving mother and Nana, whose warmth and care touched the lives of those around her. She found joy in the everyday rhythms of life-cooking hearty meals for her family, keeping clothes crisp with her ironing, sewing with skillful hands, and immersing herself in the pages of a good book , and gardening. These quiet passions reflected her nurturing spirit and steadfast dedication to those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Jack Davis, and her daughter Donna Jones. Her memory will be cherished by her children: Debbie Pearson (John); William Jack Davis, Jr. (Bill); and Doree Dailey (Chris)

Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren: Brian Pearson, Bruce Pearson (Carla)Julia, and Teddy, Shane Jones, Patrick Jones (LeAnna), Liam, Everly, Oakley , Chessie Fuller (David) Reese and Samuel, Charity Galvez (Cody) Dessa, Abby, Gunner, Lora Christian (Jeremy) Collins, Olivia James (Ethan), Henry and Neala McLaurin

A Graveside Service will be held on August 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home Memorial Gardens 2701 John Hawkins Parkway, Hoover, AL 35244
