Ruth Thomas

THOMAS, RUTH, of Birmingham went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at the age of 80. She was a long time member of Robinwood Church of God. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tommy Thomas and her daughter, Kay Bostick. She is survived by three daughters, Anne House, Cindy Prince (Robby), and Tammy Flanagan (Tony), one son, Bobby Freeman; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and her sister, Viola Plemons. She will be greatly missed by her family and numerous friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 29, 2008 from 12:30-2:00 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150, Hoover. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, Brother Northcutt officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
