Roy "Buddy" Martin, of Bessemer, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014, at the age of 76.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Martin; daughters, Tina Segars (Bobby) and Tracy Vasko (Frank); 4 grandchildren, Sarah Segars Wonnell (Justin), Noah Segars, Hunter Vasko, and Hannah Vasko; 2 sisters, Shirley Chilson and Sue Abel (Abe); 3 brothers, Joe Martin (Debra), James Martin, and Ray Martin (Susan); and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00, Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral service will follow at 2 PM, Rev. Rosco Korengay officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
