Richard Hughes

Vestavia
Richard Hughes, of Vestavia, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at the age of 77. He played basketball for and graduated from Birmingham Southern College. Mr. Hughes received a law degree from Cumberland School of Law and practiced law in Birmingham.
He is survived by his daughter, Christen Hughes Hilton (Paul); his son, David Hughes; and 3 grandchildren, Caroline, Carter, and Catherine Hilton.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover.
