Mr. Randy Kennedy, of Chelsea, AL, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 8, 2014, at the age of 50. He was a pioneer and innovator in the communications industry. He overcame all odds and dedicated his life to helping anyone he encountered. He was a published poet and exceptional writer. He was an avid reader and constantly on a quest for knowledge. He was a mentor, friend, and dad to all he knew. He was a phenomenal husband, father, friend, and had a fierce love for his family.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly Kennedy, sons, Phillip Kennedy, Michael Kennedy, Roy Kennedy, and Celeb Kennedy, mother, Mary Cota, and sister, Serena Roth.
A memorial service will be Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at 2 PM at Riverchase United Methodist Church.
