Peggy Vigneulle

Mrs. Peggy H. Vigneulle, 89, of Birmingham, AL, passed away on January 19, 2021. Peggy was the wife of founding pastor, Richard H. Vigneulle, of Shades Mountain Independent Church for 25 years. She was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. She has been a matriarch for the family and her church. She had such a loving, unselfish, kindhearted spirit to everyone she met. Her grands and great grands affectionately called her “GranGran”. She was a Godly influence to her family and many others.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Vigneulle; sister, Marie Patton; brother, Jim Haley; and grandson, Drew Vigneulle

She is survived by her sons and spouses, Rick (Debbie) Vigneulle, Mick (Sue) Vigneulle, and Tom (Ginger) Vigneulle; daughter and spouse: Diane (Wayne) Stough; 17 Grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; and sister, Amelia Norris.

A Memorial Service will be held at Shades Mountain Community Church January 31st @ 3:00.
