Pearl was best known as a mother who loved her family and a hard worker who never left a job incomplete. She would move Heaven and Earth to help any of her family in need. Her heart loved unconditionally, all of her family and her friends.
Prior to her retirement, she spent many years working at the Borough of Downingtown. After her retirement, she went back numerous times to assist the Borough. She would go to work at 4:30 in the morning, because she loved the peace and quiet. Working endless hours, until the job was finished.
Pearl is survived by her two children, Velvet Cober of Alabama and Chris Fries of Coatesville, PA. Also 2 daughter in laws, Emily and Cathy, one grandson, Christopher, and his wife, Christine, three grandsons, Ryan, Connor, and Kevin; one granddaughter, Becca and two great grandchildren, Kevin and Alassandra. She has numerous nieces and nephews whom she stayed in close contact with and loved dearly.
Per Pearl's request there will be no memorial service, her wish was to be cremated . Her wishes were no flowers, but donations can be made in her name to Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center, 848 South Prince Street, Lancaster, PA 17603, because of her love for all cats and dogs.
