Paula Trunec

Mrs. Paula Schillaci Trunec, age 54, of Hoover, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012. She graduated from John Carroll High School in 1977. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church where she was active in the Ladies Auxiliary. She was a beloved wife, mother, and sister, who loved caring for children. She never met a stranger and her fun loving sense of humor will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Paul Trunec, son, Steven Trunec, brother, Ronnie DeFalco (Hope), a sister, Sina Marcus (Perry), and beloved nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 15, 2012, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church from 6-8 PM. Funeral Mass will be Monday, April 16, 2012, at 11 AM at the church with Father Henry McDaid officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
