Paula Payton

Mrs. Paula Greene Payton, of McCalla, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the age of 54. She loved to fish, ride her motorcycle and was the life of the party. She devoted her life to taking care of her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Gordon Payton; 3 children, Katlin Christian (Ben), Madison Christian and Jon Paul Christian; a grandson, Kingsley Rhodes; a step-son, Dylan Payton; her father, Charles Lessley Greene; a brother, Charles R. "Ricky" Greene; and a host of close friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike Byers officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
