Nancy Cogswell

Nancy Cogswell, 55, of Concord, Alabama, passed away on December 6, 2023. She was born on March 21, 1968, to Louie and Peggy Nash. She is survived by her husband: David Cogswell, brother: Bryan Nash (Cindy), Sister: Lynn Carnes (Larry), Mother-in-law: Mary Levesque, children Shawn Edmonson (Amberly), Brandon Edmonson (Carmen), and Jessie Pepper (Tyson). She cherished her role as a grandmother to Adam Faison, Briana Faison, Connor Edmonson, James Edmonson, Samuel Edmonson, Levi Reeves, and Jacob Edmonson.

Nancy had an infectious personality and a heart of gold. She was truly one of a kind and always willing to lend a helping hand. Nancy had a passion for bowling, fishing, singing, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her warm and welcoming nature made it easy for her to connect with others, and she never met a stranger.

Professionally, Nancy had a successful career at Saber Finance, where she made a lasting impact. Her dedication and hard work were admired by her colleagues and clients alike.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Nancy at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, located at 2701 John Hawkins Pkwy in Hoover, Alabama. The service will take place from 12-2pm. Please dress business casual to honor Nancy's vibrant and free-spirited personality.

Nancy Cogswell will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
