Mary Starzyk

STARZYK, MARY age 95, of Hoover passed away on Friday, January 21, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sophie and Joseph Robak; her husband of 48 years, Charles M. Starzyk, and siblings; Edward, Stephen, Stanley, Joseph, John, Theodore, Helen, Stephania and Josephine and a niece, Jean Hunt. She is survived by her daughter Joan (Richard) Kubik; two grandchildren, Dr. Kari Kubik (Dr. Danny Lee) and Kenneth Kubik (Shu-Chen Su); three great grandchildren, Sam Lee, Zoey Lee and Leon Kubik; a sister, Sophie Robak, many nieces and nephews and special friends including Alice Guzik. She was born in Chicopee, Massachusetts, and was a lifelong communicant of the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr. She will be returned home to be buried in St. Stanislaus Cemetery after a private service at Currie Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Hoover, AL.
