Mary Hendon
October 23, 1926 — May 22, 2024
Mary Frances Hendon, age 96, went home to her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. She was a member of Forestdale Church of the Nazarene. She was a retired dental hygienist. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, Ralph Hendon. Sweet Mary is survived by her adored children, Susan and David, much-loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and a precious group of friends who became extended family. Her faith was unwavering. Her strength was immeasurable. Her love was all-encompassing. She was a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 10-11 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. The Graveside service will follow at 11 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
