Mary Chapman

Mary Frances Chapman, of Moody, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019, at the age of 85.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Meeks Ingram; her husband, Melvin L. Chapman, Sr.; her daughter, Mary Beta; and 2 sister, Dean and Lois.  She is survived by her children Ken "Pete" Chapman (Jenny) of Pell City, Mel Jan Chapman (Sharon) of Jasper, Jan Kenneth Chapman (Rhonda) of Tuscaloosa, Melvin L. Chapman, Jr. (Judy) of Moody, Charla Lynn Chapman of Irondale, and M.L. Chapman (Melissa); 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and her brother, Marvin Ingram.

The family will receive friends from 10-11, Monday, February 18, 2019, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover.  A graveside service will follow at 11:00 in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South, Jim Profetto officiating.
