Linda Allen

of Montevallo, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at the age of 67. She was born in Carbon Hill, Alabama to Leroyce and Susie Borders on November 18, 1940. Mrs. Allen graduated from Carbon Hill High School and worked in the Jefferson County School system as a teacher and substitute teacher for many years. She is survived by her loving husband, George Allen; two daughters, Lisa Allen and Vanessa McClure; two sons, Michael and Brian Allen; and two grandchildren, Jacob Allen and Cade McClure. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
