Kenneth Holmes

of Bessemer, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at the age of 60. He was a Navy veteran and a member of the Jehovah Witness of the West Congregation. Mr. Holmes was preceeded in death by his parents, Ralph and Oleen Holmes and a sister, Barbara. He is survived by his children, Joellen Holmes, Richard Holmes and Nathan Holmes; stepchildren, Lanette Abney, Ginger and Shayne Minor; seven grandchildren; a sister, Evelyn Beard; several nieces and nephews and many friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah Witness in Bessemer on Academy Dr., with Dean Coates officiating.
