formerly dwelling in Atlanta, now of Hoover, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at the age of 39 after a year-long battle with breast cancer. She was a member of Shades Mountain Baptist Church. She is survived by her parents, Lee and Olivia Wood of Hoover; sister, Sarah Germanson (Matthew) of Dothan; grandfather, Thomas C. Kemp of Hoover; nephew, Samuel Germanson; fiancé, James Lowery of Atlanta; and birth son, Phillip Hundley of Huntsville. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 10-11 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel, Dr. Charles Carter officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
