Judith Irene Wilson

Our beloved wife, mother, and sister, Judy Wilson passed into eternity on February 4, 2026.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Ross Wilson, sisters Rachel Powers and Becky Wallace (Dan), daughters Lynn McAfee (Kevin), Cheryl Kirchner (Daryl), and Becca Cowan (BIlly Ray), and son Jeff (Denise), and son-in-law Chuck Wallace. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cindy Wallace. She was the proud grandmother to 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and growing.

She was a lifelong resident of the Birmingham area and graduated from Woodlawn High School. She loved reunions with her Avondale Grammar School friends annually.

Judy worked as an executive assistant and retired from Protective Life Insurance Company.

She was a member of Enon Baptist Church. Her many friends will remember her by her generous spirit and genuine love for people. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life and she was sure to share Jesus with all who would listen. She loved to journal and make crafts for others including custom calendars and birthday cards.

We will celebrate her life on Monday February 9, 2026 at 1:00pm at Enon Baptist Church, 724 Morris Majestic Road Morris, AL 35116.
