Joyce E. Miller

Mrs. Joyce E. Miller, 87, of McCalla, AL passed away on September 14, 2021. She enjoyed fellowship with God, church, playing the organ, collecting recipes, and spending time with her great- grand kids, grandkids, and kids. She and Carl would have been married for 69 years on September 27th.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Reverend Carl Miller; daughter, Carla Joy Crow; parents, Leslie Harland Butler and Lucy Elma Hibler Butler; and many brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Leslie, David, and Phillip Miller; grandchildren, Ivy (Jonathan) Davies and Jay Crow; great-grandchildren, Carli and Jayden Davies; and brothers, Bill and Paul Butler.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover, AL. The funeral service will begin from the funeral home chapel at 3:00pm with Kim Fanning officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
