Jimmy Scott

age 67, of McCalla passed away on Friday, October 8, 2010. He is a retired heavy equipment operator. He is preceded in death by his father Aron Scott. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Martha Shore Scott; one son Bennie Scott (Christy); special grandaughter Cindy Scott; mother Lois Scott; sister Annette Ashworth (Donald); brothers, Bobby Scott, Danny Scott (Connie); special niece Anita Preston and special nephew Mike Richardson. Several other nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 11, 2010 from 10 until 12 noon at the Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 12 noon in the Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
