James "Jimmy" Pete Mitchell, of Hueytown, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at the age of 78.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 21, 2020, from 11 AM until 2 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. The service will follow in the chapel at 2 Pm with Father Gregory Edwards officiating. Entombment will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
