James Starnes

James Richard Starnes, son of LaVerne and George Starnes Sr. He is preceded in death by his parents and survived by his beloved wife, Sharron Starnes, his 5 children, Christy (Michael), Dana (Ray), Michael (Karla), Seth (Rachel), and Nicholas, along with his grandchildren, Tyler, Kiana, Micayla, Austin, Alex, Myah, Jude, Logan, Brodie, and Briella.
Jimmy left this earth peacefully in the comfort of his home with his family on August 13, 2022, in Hoover, AL. Known as "Jimmy" by most, he is remembered as the most joyful and kind hearted man that will be missed by so many. He was a loving husband, brother, son, father and "Pops". He is forever in our memory and hearts.
A memorial will be held at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover, AL, on Saturday August 20, 2022. Services will consist of a visitation from 1pm-2pm with a service from 2pm-3pm. The family invites all of Jimmy's friends to come celebrate his life.
