Jackie Pois Scott, Sr., of Hoover, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017, at the age of 81.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Faye Scott. He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Faye Scott; his son, Jackie Pois Scott, Jr. (Vickie); 2 grandchildren, Ashley and Austin Scott; and other extended family.

The family will receive friends from 1-2, Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral will follow in the chapel at 2:00, Dr. Randy Atkinson officiating. Entombment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
