Jack L. O'Dell, Jr., of Vandiver, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at the age of 69. He retired from AT&T after 42 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Susan Grady Smith; daughter, Amanda Harper (Eric); son, Jay Smith; 4 grandchildren, Austin, Ethan, Bailee, and Blakely Harper; mother; Eloise Caldwell; brother, David O'Dell (Cindy); and sister, Terri Meeks (Jimmy).
The family will receive friends from 10-11, Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Service will follow at 11 AM in the chapel, Pastor Gresh Harbuck officiating. Entombment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
