Gayle Crause

Gayle Paulette Crause, Age 74 of Leeds, AL crossed over on Saturday February 26, 2022.

She will be greatly missed by her sons and daughters in law, Mike and Vanessa Mancill, andChris and Jayme Mancill. Special daughter Shannon Ohler and her husband Justin.

Also by her grandchildren, Christopher Mancill, Alexander Mancill, Rhiannon Manygoats, Izabella Ohler, Logan Ohler, Ethan Ohler, and Taleya Ohler

She leaves behind sisters Donna Charpie and Linda Mock, and her stepfather Robert Stringer.

Her brothers Andy Crause, Rick Crause and sister Melody Zapalac

She was preceded in death by her mother Maxine Stringer.

Gayle was a graduate of Pleasant Home High School and after a long career retired in 2015 from AT&T.

She was an Educational Director with the Cahaba River Keepers, and a former member of Telephone Pioneers group.

She was a licensed massage tech and studied holistic health..

Gayle had a great interest in her Native American and Scottish ancestry and loved to travel the country.  She enjoyed the outdoors, loved her garden, her flowers, and trees that she loved to plant.

Her family would like to thank the staff who cared for her At Briar Glen memory care and ExpectCare Hospice.
