Gail Stewart

Gail Stewart, of Pelham, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at the age of 78.  She was a faithful member of the Alabaster Church of God.  Gail was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Bobby Stewart; and her 2 sons, Phillip Stewart and Lyle Stewart.  She is survived by Carla McLain (Rick); 3 grandchildren, Sydney McLain, Steven Stewart (Brooke), and Piper Stewart; 4 great grandchildren, Lexi Stewart, Leah Stewart, Sam Stewart, and Ella Stewart; and 2 sisters, Janice Faye Forman (Mike) and Sandra Spencer (Charles).
The family will receive friends from 10-11, Friday, July 5, 2019, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover.  Funeral will follow in the chapel at 11:00, Pastor Ken Stroup officiating.  Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
