Pastor Fred Jeremiah Mwaituka passed away on October 25, 2021 at the age of 57. He was the Pastor of The Mission Outreach Ministries, 2230 Greensprings Hwy., Birmingham, AL 35209. Visitation will be on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral service is at 12:00 pm at the church. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South in Hoover.
