Evelyn Forbes

of Helena, formerly of Dayton,OH, passed away on June 6, 2007, at the age of 84. She was a garduate of Patterson Coop High School in Dayton, OH, class of 1940 and was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Helena. She was preceded in death by a brother, Nelson Whiteman. She is survived by two sons, Gary Forbes (Karen) of Pelham, AL and Robert Forbes (Mae) of Helena; four grandchildren, Jennifer Watts of Bethane, SC, Teresa Adams of Calera, AL, Eric Forbes,and Adam Forbes of Pelham, AL; and three great-grandchildren, Kassidy Watts, Logan Watts and Jack Adams. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 8, 2007 from 6-8 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2007, at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel.
