Elizabeth Atkisson

of Pelham, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2009, at the age of 73. She was a member of Pelham First Baptist Church and worked at Fran's Restaurant in Pelham. She is survived by her husband, Edward Atkisson; two daughters, Brenda and Linda Atkisson; a brother, Dr. Cecil O. Brown; and a sister, Helen Brantley. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 20, 2009, from 10-11 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. A graveside service will follow at 11 AM in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South, with Dr. Cecil O. Brown officiating.
