Pelham
Douglas Vincin Mears, 75, of Pelham, AL, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 25, 2020. Doug was a truck driver for over 35 years moving families all across the U.S. He was a faithful member of the Riverchase Church of Christ.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 30 years, Pam; his loving daughter, Shelby (Ike); a sister, Dean (Bobby) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Allen Sr. and Myrtle; brothers, Junior, Howard, David and William; sisters, Sarah, Mary and Lula.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Riverchase Church of Christ with the funeral service following at 2:00 PM with Dewayne Spivey officiating. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South in Hoover, AL.
