Dorothy "Dot" Grant

Dorothy "Dot" Grant, of Pleasant Grove, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at the age of 87.  She was the owner/operator of Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio in Pleasant Grove for 50 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Bill Grant and her son, Robert David Grant.  She is survived by her children Jo Lavender (Eugene), Todd Grant, and Jerri Grant; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.
The family will receive friends from 1-2, Sunday, August 11, 2019, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover.  Funeral will follow in the chapel at 2:00, Rev. Buddy Majors officiating.  Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
