passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Duncan, and a son, Phil Duncan. She is survived by daughters, Peggy Russell (Bill), Pamela Balsley (Mike), and Cynthia McKenzie (Benny); a son, Mark Duncan; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the famly requests that donations be made to your favorite Katrina relief fund.
