Danny Lynn Lofton

Danny L Lofton, of Pelham AL, passed away April 6, 2026 at the age of 77. He was born in Calhoun City, Mississippi on March 9, 1949, to the late Doris Jean Chandler Lofton and Harvey Willard Lofton.

He married the love of his life, Geraldine Broughton, in October of 1970. They had one son, Daniel Keith Lofton in November of 1977. Both Geraldine and Keith predeceased him. He is survived by Ray (Carolyn) Lofton, Tyler Lofton, George (Gail) Broughton, Trey Broughton, Peggy Wright, Jimmy Chandler and Thomas (Kathy) Chandler.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover. Internment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
