Cleveland Earl Moore jr.

In Loving Memory of Cleveland Earl Moore Jr.

Cleveland Earl Moore Jr., affectionately known as Jr., Pa, Hammer, Slim, and Road Dog, was born on February 6, 1941, to Mildred Moore and Cleveland Moore Sr. in Perry County. He peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 7, 2026.

If you were among the many who knew and loved him, you know he did not wish to have a formal service. Instead, he chose to return to the dust from which the Lord formed him.

In honor of his memory, he simply asked that you listen to a song that brings you peace or share a drink or meal that brings you comfort.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Shari; two sons, Wendell Moore and Michael Moore (AnnMarie); and one daughter, Candace Mulligan (Christopher), along with a host of many relatives and dear friends.

The family would like to extend special thanks to SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice for their compassionate care. We would also like to acknowledge his brothers in love: George Green, Jeffery Jemison, Lucious Colley, Michael Samuel, and his devoted caregiver, Mark Hayes.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
