Claire Elisabeth Clark

With unbearable sorrow and boundless love, we announce the passing of our sweet child, Claire Elisabeth Clark. She went to be with Jesus on February 25, 2026, at just 15 months old.

Claire was born to Cody and Tara Clark on November 6, 2024 in Arlington, Tennessee. She is survived by her devoted parents and her three older brothers, Elliott, Lawson, and Bennett who reside in Helena, Alabama.

She is also survived by her loving maternal grandparents, Todd and Wendy Weissenbach of McCalla, Alabama; her paternal grandparents, George and Nancy Clark of Hoover, Alabama; her maternal great grandparents, Del and Gayle Weissenbach of Leavenworth, Kansas; and her maternal great grandmother, Elaine Gann of Leavenworth, Kansas.

She is dearly loved by her aunts and uncles: Sam and Abigail Irvin; Torrey and Alexandra Clark; Stephanie and Rick Bentley; and Devin and Alicia Weissenbach. She is survived by her many sweet and beloved cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Uncle Brad Settle of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Claire filled our days with laughter, smiles, hugs, kisses and a spirit that brought joy to everyone who knew her. Though her time with us was far too short, she touched our hearts in a way that will last forever. She was sunshine, now the purest starlight forevermore. She enjoyed eating her favorite foods, swinging outside, playing chase, kissing babies, reading books, petting animals and dancing to any music.

A service to honor Claire will be held on March 7, 2026 at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home (2701 John Hawkins Pkwy, Hoover, Alabama 35244) The visitation will be at 10 am, followed by the funeral service at 11 am.

Though we miss her and ache in her absence, we take comfort that we will see her again.
