Chipp Edwards, of Hoover, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 11, 2018, at the age of 71. He was a member at Metropolitan Church of God, serving both there and as director of the Turning Point Foundation.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Donna Edwards; his daughter, Kelly Edwards; his stepson, James Tate; and his brothers, Ron Edwards (Rachel) and Reggie Edwards (Wilma).
The family will receive friends from 10-11, Monday, January 15, 2018, at Metropolitan Church of God of Hoover. A memorial service will follow at 11:00, Dr. Raymond F. Culpepper officiating. Donations may be made to the Turning Point Foundation.
