Charlie Mccary

Charlie McCary was born on April 1st, 2003. He grew up playing baseball, football, and basketball any chance he could, and he was a lifelong fan of the The University of Southern Mississippi and the Atlanta Braves. In May of this year he graduated from Hoover High School, and in August he moved to Hattiesburg, Mississippi to start his college career at USM. He was a business major and a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.

He is survived by his sister, Katie; his father, Charles, and stepmom, Dee; and his mother, Rhonda, and his stepdad Tim. He is also preceded by his paternal grandfather, Charles Edward McCary, and survived by his paternal grandparents Pansy and Joe Mosby, and his maternal grandparents, Becky and Bob Wilson. #ChopOnCharlie

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 1, 2021 from 12:30 to 2:00 PM at Green Valley Baptist Church in Hoover. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeff James officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South in Hoover.
