Charles Norberg

of Birmingham, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at the age of 84. He was originally from Cedar Rapids, IA and moved to Hoover in 2002. Mr. Norberg served our country in the U. S. Army during WWII. He was employed with the Iowa Manufacturing Co. for more than 32 years and retired as Vice President of Support Parts. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Mildred Marie Norberg. He is survived by a son, C. D. Norberg (Debbie) of Hoover and two grandchildren, Blake and Elizabeth Norberg. A private memorial service was held in Birmingham.The famly requests that donations be made to the American Red Cross for the hurricane Katrina relief fund.
