Mrs. Barbara Jean Hollis Sywy, age 71, of Birmingham, AL, passed away Monday, December 15, 2014, at home.
The Wilmington, Delaware native is survived by her two children, Jennifer Sywy and Stephen Sywy; and two grandchildren, Tyler Charles Sywy and Dean Michael Sywy.
A memorial gathering will be Thursday, December 18, 2014, from 11-1 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society of Alabama, P. O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
