Ms. Ann Phillips Shirley, born May 18, 1929, lost her battle with Parkinson's disease on August 4, 2018, at age 89. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Robert E. Shirley and her son, Alan Shirley.
Ann leaves behind a son, David L. Shirley (Susan); a daughter, Diane S. Quick (Billy) and a granddaughter, Kelly A. Green (Matt).
She requested an intimate service with immediate family.
